Down Payment Gift Program

On October 1st, 2008, seller-financed downpayment assistance (DPA) was eliminated. A new bill, H.R. 600, FHA Seller-Financed Downpayment Reform Act of 2009, has been proposed to create a new, reformed DPA program.

H.R. 600, FHA Seller-Financed Downpayment Reform Act of 2009, sponsored by Representative Al Green (D-TX), outlines a set of reforms that strengthens DPA while addressing previous concerns.

Since 1998 we have provided down payment assistance in the form of outright gifts.We are geared up, and ready to continue helping worthy Americans pending passage of current legislation.
